Reception opening hours:

From 15 May until 15 September:

- Monday to Friday: from 15:30 to 18:30

- Saturday and Sunday: from 16:00 to 19:15

From 16 September until 14 May:

- Monday to Friday: from 15:00 to 18:00

- Saturday and Sunday: from 16:00 to 19:00

A EUR 200 deposit is due upon arrival. It will be refunded at check-out after inventory has been verified.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance to obtain the necessary access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the car park operates by using a lifting platform and car dimensions cannot exceed 4.96 metres in length, 1.98渡假訂房 metres in width and 1.95 metres in height. Additional car parking spaces are available outside and are subject to availability and height restrictions do not apply.

Please contact the property in advance to reserve bed and bath linen, available at a surcharge.

Please note that a small amount of cleaning, including the dishes and kitchen area, is expected at departure.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented on site for an additional fee of EUR 8 per person.

Please note that payment is requested upon arrival.

A baby cot and high-chair can be rented on site upon request and at an extra charge of EUR 22 per stay.

Please note that the city tax is only applicable for guests of 18 years and older. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
